How do I determine my ring size?

The most accurate way to determine your ring size, though, is to visit your local jeweller. Most will have tools specifically designed to accurately measure your ring size.

Is the jewellery real or costume?

We offer high-quality silver and gold-plated jewelry featuring lab-created gemstones. These stones have the same look and feel as natural ones, but they're more affordable and eco-friendly. Our aim is to provide you with beautiful, ethical, and quality jewelry without breaking the bank.

How will the jewellery be packaged?

Every piece of our jewelry comes packaged in a special keepsake gift box, perfect for gifting or safekeeping your new treasure.

What currency are your prices in?

We're proudly Canadian, and our pricing will forever be offered in Canadian dollars. To view other currencies, select your preferred country from the menu on the homepage, or at the bottom of every page.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do offer gift cards! They are available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100, providing a perfect gift choice for any occasion. The best part: gift cards may also be used towards shipping charges.

Please note that gift card sales are final. Gift cards cannot be refunded and they hold no cash value.

Do your gift cards expire?

No, our gift cards do not expire. In accordance with Canadian law, once purchased, our gift cards retain their value indefinitely, giving you the freedom to use them at your convenience, without any worry of an expiration date.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

When will my order ship?

Once an order is placed, it typically takes us one to two business days to process. You'll be notified of any updates to your order in your account and by email, including real-time tracking information and more.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Regal Gems Jewellery takes great pride in providing quality items and service. Each order is cleaned, closely inspected, and packaged with great care and consideration before shipping it to you.

PLEASE inspect your jewellery thoroughly upon receipt, before wearing the pieces.

It may be tried on for size, but we can only accept returns if the jewellery is in new, unworn condition. If your jewellery arrives damaged due to transit, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please email hello@regalgems.ca within two weeks of receiving your order so we can assist you. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Please note that all earrings, sale items, mystery gifts, shipping fees and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

Normal wear and tear of your jewellery over time will not be considered a fault of Regal Gems Jewellery. Please see our tips for jewellery care and maintenance to keep your pieces looking their best.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size, or want to change the style you ordered? That's no problem! You have 14 days to exchange your item.

Rings and necklaces sent back for returns or exchanges that are not in new condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. However, due to certain restrictions and limitations, there might be some countries to which we cannot deliver. The best way to verify if we can ship to your country is to check if your country accepts shipments from Canada.

We recommend visiting your local postal service's website or contacting them directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information. We're committed to ensuring our products reach as many customers as possible, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Are there additional fees on international orders?

Some countries may charge import taxes, customs, or duty fees. Before purchasing, please be familiar with your country's import policies. Regal Gems Jewellery Co. is not responsible for these fees and we are unable to alter values on customs forms.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If an order is returned to Regal Gems, customers will be notified that their orders have arrived back to us. The buyer is then responsible for purchasing a listing to cover shipment. Orders that are returned back to us will be held for 30 days, giving customers the opportunity to pay for shipping.

If Regal Gems does not hear back from the customer within 30 days, we reserve the right to list the item(s) back into our shop. Refunds will not be offered, with no exceptions.

Help! My package never arrived!

We're sorry to hear that your package hasn't arrived yet. While we unfortunately do not have control over the shipping once it leaves our facility, we can offer some suggestions that may help:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation: Make sure the shipping address you provided us was accurate. Sometimes a small error can lead to delivery delays.
  2. Contact the courier: Using the tracking number we provided, reach out to the courier directly. They may have more detailed information on the package's status.
  3. Check with your neighbors: Sometimes packages can get delivered to a nearby address by mistake.
  4. Wait a few more days: Sometimes packages get marked as delivered before they actually arrive.

Remember, for future orders, it's a good idea to have your items delivered to a secure location. If you're often away during delivery hours, you might consider having packages delivered to your workplace or a neighbor who is often home.

I live in a condo/apartment. How do I add the buzzer number?

The best way to add your buzzer number is to add it as a second line in your address. Please do not forget to include your unit number as well for the courier!

Warranty & Customization

Do you have a warranty or guarantee for your pieces?

Regal Gems Jewellery Co. stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. This is why we offer a one-year guarantee on all of our products.

Whether you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or experience an issue during wear, we have you covered!

Manufacturing Defects

Our one-year guarantee covers any manufacturing defects on our jewellery. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please send us an email to hello@regalgems.ca with the following information to get the claim started.

  • Clear photos with all angles of the jewellery in question
  • Your name, order number, and email used when placing the order

Once we receive this information and we've inspected the condition of the item, our team will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Should your return be accepted, we would be happy to replace your item if it is still in stock, or offer you a full credit for the amount paid at purchase for the item! That's how much we stand behind our products.

The Fine Print

It is important to keep in mind that not all claims will be deemed a manufacturing defect. Some examples of common issues include, but are not limited to:

  • Discolouration or fading due to exposure to swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing, or harsh chemicals found in every day products
  • Items that are bent, caught, or have worn out due to normal wear and tear or other accidental damage
  • Stones falling out due to chipping, bent prongs, or misshapen settings resulting from wear

Our guarantee does not cover items that are lost or stolen.

Please note that shipping fees for replacement items are not included and will need to be covered by the customer. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

Can you resize my ring?

We are unable to resize rings.

Can you customize/engrave my ring?

We're sorry, but at this time, we do not offer customization or engraving services for our rings. All of our jewelry comes as shown in the product photos on our website.
